This shelter is also the community tornado shelter.  Along with air conditioning and heating there is also a stove and refrigerator, along with multiple outlets.  The bathrooms are inside the building.  Consumption of alcohol is not allowed on City properties.

Arrangements need to be made with the City Office to use the Shelter Houses. They are open to the public on a first-come-first-served basis from April 15 through October 15. There is a $100 rental fee. If shelter is cleaned, $25 will be refunded. You have to come to the City Office to pay and get the key during office hours..
