Religion and Ministries

Six Protestant churches are located within Moundridge.  Denominations include Lutheran, United Methodist, Mennonite, Independent and Evangelical Free.  Catholic churches and Jewish synagogues are located in nearby towns.  Churches play a major role in the community and offer a friendly welcome to residents and newcomers.

Five area churches provide services for groups of Moundridge residents including the Senior Center, the Moundridge Community Pre-School, the Blood Mobile, Youth Activities after athletic games, Bible School and special services during Easter Week.

The churches involved are the West Zion Mennonite, Eden Mennonite, First Mennonite Church of Christian, the United Methodist Church and Moundridge Evangelical Free Church.
