Religion and Ministries

Ridge House Six Protestant churches are located within Moundridge. Denominations include Lutheran, United Methodist, Mennonite and Independent. Catholic churches and Jewish synagogues are located in nearby towns. Churches play a major role in the community and offer a friendly welcome to residents and newcomers.

Associated Churches
Five area churches provide services for groups of Moundridge residents including the Senior Center, the Moundridge Community Pre-School, the Blood Mobile, Youth Activities after athletic games, Bible School and special services during Easter Week.

The churches involved are the West Zion Mennonite, Eden Mennonite, First Mennonite Church of Christian, the United Methodist Church and Moundridge Christian Fellowship.

Eden Mennonite Church
Sunday worship at 9:30AM, Sunday school for all ages at 10:40AM. Radio broadcast 7:30AM on the McPherson radio station 1540AM. Wednesday night Bible study for all ages.

Garden Mennonite Church
We are an independent, non-affiliated evangelical church with a Mennonite heritage located halfway between Halstead and Moundridge. Sunday School at 9:30AM, Worship at 10:30AM, and evening worship at 7:00PM. Wednesday programs 7:00PM.
